Agave Road Trip is a critically acclaimed, award-winning podcast that helps gringx bartenders better understand agave, agave spirits, and rural Mexico. It’s hosted by Lou Bank and Chava Periban.

Episode Notes

Check out the copitas made by David Smith in Wisconsin, and the copitas made by Rufina Ruiz in Atzompa, Oaxaca!

Very interesting and delicious “craft” spirits are being made by Empirical Spirits. They also do great canned craft cocktails!
